iceland: i went to iceland in october 2006 for 7 days and 6 nights, when i took some time off between leaving one job and before starting the next. october is right at the end of the tourism season and it's just starting to get too cold and too dark for travelers. an amazing place that i would love to go back to dring summer and travel a lot more around the coasts and fjords. the only regret i have was not going to see the nothern lights and not playing disc gold whilst i was there, even though i took a small selection of discs with me. |
